The best thing to do with a cat lover is to consider the cat they have. if it is a pedigree cat then there are many gifts that feature a specific breed. First of all make sure their walls aren't covered with cat picture frames. You can get frames specific to breed, or get a personalized one. They can hang it at home or at work making it a talking point; and they love to talk about their cat!

Practical Stuff

Food bowls, automatic water dispensers, treat jars, collars, door mats (Beware of the Cat!) all make wonderful gifts.
